Despu\u00e9s, extiende tus brazos hacia el techo, realiza respiraciones pausadas y conserva la postura durante un minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PIERNAS ABRAZADAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br> Contin\u00faa en el piso, flexiona tus piernas hacia el pecho y abr\u00e1zalas con tus manos. Luego, eleva el torso para que la cabeza toque las rodillas y rueda de un lado a otro para que el \u00e1rea lumbar se masajee suavemente. Practica el ejercicio durante 60 segundos y descansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MARIPOSA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br> Ahora, si\u00e9ntate con las piernas flexionadas a manera de mariposa, mant\u00e9n la espalda recta y trata de bajar las rodillas (poco a poco) hasta que lleguen al suelo. Durante el movimiento, inhala, guarda la respiraci\u00f3n 4 segundos y exhala, hasta que se complete un minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BRAZOS EXTENDIDOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br> Todo lo que tienes que hacer es colocar tus rodillas en el piso, extender tus brazos y flexionar el cuerpo hacia adelante para que las palmas est\u00e9n en contacto con el suelo.
